Senior Director, Corporate FP&A (Fintech)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; hybrid position with office attendance confirmed by the Hiring Manager

Salary: $210,900–$369,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable

What you will do

• Develop a consolidated 360-degree view of hirify.global’s P&L across revenue, expenses, investments, tax, treasury, and other financial elements.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A, regional, functional, business unit, tax, treasury, investor relations, and external reporting teams.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, month-end and quarter-end close, and other core finance processes.
• Prepare clear executive presentations and in-depth analyses for quarterly Board meetings, company earnings, and annual planning.
• Improve finance tools and processes in collaboration with the Finance Velocity Office.
• Coordinate strategic and ad hoc projects for company leadership, including capital allocation and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
• Preferred: 15+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years with an advanced degree, or 9+ years with a PhD.
• Undergraduate degree required; an MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy or management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management and planning capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic thought leadership, interpersonal, and leadership skills for influencing senior executives and stakeholders in a matrix organization.
