Staff FP&A Business Partner (Quantum Computing)

Location: Remote in the US, or onsite/hybrid from one of hirify.global's US offices. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $112,800–$169,200 USD base compensation, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and decision-making support to leaders across the organization.
• Guide departments through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate on the company-wide budget and improve spending measurement and control.
• Produce accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as product definition and manufacturing as a financial strategist.
• Contribute to planning and reporting system improvements and support investor relations and corporate development activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience.
• Strong comfort with financial statements and Microsoft Excel models.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
• For US technical and non-technical roles, eligibility to work in the US and compliance with applicable export-control and government-contract requirements are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in top-tier banking, consulting, finance, or strategy analyst programs.
• FP&A experience and familiarity with budgeting and strategic planning.
• Experience in a rapidly growing startup or technology business.
