TL;DR

Senior ABM Manager (AI/Field Marketing): Designing and executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many field marketing experiences for strategic accounts with an accent on high-impact field programs and unconventional ABM plays. Focus on breaking through to hard-to-reach enterprise accounts and driving measurable pipeline velocity.

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $125k – $200k + Equity

What you will do

  • Define the West Coast GTM strategy for field programs and market presence.
  • Design unique regional field marketing experiences, including dinners, happy hours, and hackathons.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel ABM programs using direct mail, digital, gifting, and content.
  • Partner with Sales to align with territory priorities and actively participate in deal strategy.
  • Track impact through account engagement, pilot starts, and closed-won revenue.
  • Test and execute unconventional tactics to create high-impact brand moments.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in field, experiential, growth, or ABM marketing.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, and intent tools such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Proven track record of running regional field programs that drove measurable revenue.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to build performance reports.
  • Deep experience partnering with Sales teams for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Must be comfortable with 25% travel, increasing up to 50% seasonally.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience marketing to IT, Engineering, or Security leaders.
