Location: Hybrid (approx. 3 days/week) in Los Angeles, CA; Novato, CA; or Montreal, Canada

Salary: $108,000 – $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute a holistic research strategy for core game franchises.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer insights and user research studies.
• Collaborate with UXR, Data Science, and Business Strategy teams to drive product impact.
• Manage 3rd party research vendors to maintain high quality of insights.
• Synthesize complex data into cohesive narratives and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in user research, market research, or consumer insights.
• Proven track record of personally conducting primary qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Novato, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Montreal, Canada.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree (MA, PhD) in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
