Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including usability testing and user interviews.
• Develop comprehensive research plans, methodologies, and artifacts.
• Analyze and synthesize research data into actionable insights and decision-ready recommendations.
• Create personas and journey maps to embed research into the design and product lifecycle.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate user feedback.
• Champion research best practices and provide leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional CX/UX research experience.
• Degree in psychology, UX, anthropology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for delivering insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a product environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
