Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own and manage HubSpot project plans from kickoff through completion, defining timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading structured client meetings and ensuring alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and hold both internal teams and clients accountable to agreed outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts to drive cross-sell and upsell of HubSpot solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HubSpot tools and best practices to ensure long-term account health and retention.
  • Navigate difficult client conversations and resolve blockers to turn delivery challenges into successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, consulting, or project management in a B2B agency environment.
  • Proven experience running software implementations and managing timelines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork.com, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for high-stakes client-facing environments.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with HubSpot, other CRMs, or digital marketing platforms.
  • HubSpot certifications.
