What you will do

• Support development and maintenance of revenue models and annual budgets focusing on ARR, net retention, and churn.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis for leadership.
• Build board decks and investor materials to communicate KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to unit economics frameworks (LTV, CAC, payback period) to inform GTM and product decisions.
• Support pricing and packaging analysis for new product launches and competitive positioning.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic ad hoc analyses for resource allocation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience at an AI or SaaS company.
• Prior experience in investment banking at the analyst or associate level.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and subscription business models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting fundraising, M&A processes, or IPO readiness.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience building or improving FP&A infrastructure.
• CFA, CPA, or MBA certification.
