What you will do

• Develop and execute a robust private event sales strategy to achieve defined revenue targets.
• Source, pitch, and close corporate, brand, and agency clients through an organized sales pipeline.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial inquiry and contracting to production and post-event wrap.
• Act as the primary liaison to Rockefeller Center, strengthening relationships with internal teams and tenants.
• Identify and secure partnerships that drive programming, sponsorship, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Lead internal project management for sold events, coordinating budgets, milestones, and cross-departmental execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event sales, project management, and relationship building.
• Ability to drive measurable impact quickly within a defined contract term.
• Strong track record of closing deals and managing client pipelines.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
