About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and enterprise clients, and convert inbound demand into durable commercial partnerships. You will engage senior and C-level stakeholders, lead complex commercial processes, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and translate technical product offerings into clear business value. You will provide structured market feedback, collaborate with product, technical, legal and delivery teams to improve solutions, maintain rigorous pipeline and CRM discipline, and consistently drive revenue to meet or exceed targets while representing the company with professionalism and strong ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Proven experience handling complex inbound opportunities and driving account growth
- Experience selling to institutional clients or complex organizations with multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Ability to engage senior executives and navigate C-level conversations with confidence and credibility
- Experience managing long and sophisticated sales cycles and high-value deals
- Strong commercial judgment negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn technical products quickly and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Autonomous proactive working style with strong ownership and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities
- Build and develop long-term relationships with institutional and enterprise clients
- Convert inbound demand into commercial partnerships
- Identify upsell cross-sell renewal retainer and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Lead complex commercial processes with multiple senior and C-level stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client technical operational commercial and regulatory needs
- Position solutions credibly for crypto-native and traditional institutional clients
- Learn and translate technical product offerings into clear business value
- Provide structured market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with product technical legal and delivery teams to support solution design
- Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Develop tailored commercial strategies for clients with varied structures and procurement requirements
- Maintain pipeline discipline forecasting accuracy and CRM hygiene
- Represent the company professionally with ownership judgment and attention to detail in client interactions
