• Lead and develop the TNF Manufacturing Service Expertise Center.
• Build, maintain, and govern technical capabilities across Manufacturing Service.
• Define technical standards, methodologies, and best practices for factory execution.
• Translate manufacturing service needs into structured capability roadmaps.
• Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical direction and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Solid experience in manufacturing, manufacturing service, or technical support environments.
• Experience in technical leadership or expertise-based roles.
• Experience working in complex or cross-functional industrial environments.
