What you will do

• Drive standardization of design and create global platforms tailored to regional needs.
• Establish and grow a sustaining engineering team to support North American manufacturing sites.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, technical, BIM, and electrical engineers.
• Implement Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) to optimize product cost structures.
• Improve core engineering processes, tools, and documentation to streamline design efforts.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and global engineering managers to align priorities and drive culture change.

Requirements

• HND or degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of product experience.
• Deep technical subject matter expertise in power distribution and Busbar products.
• Proven managerial skills to plan, measure, and motivate technical teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (individuals with temporary visas or those requiring sponsorship are not eligible).
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
