Salary: $164,470–$311,890 USD (annual)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team of mechanical, thermal, and CAD engineers.
  • Define technology roadmaps for board design aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Translate customer requirements into executable design solutions.
  • Drive innovative board product solutions and partner with engineering and customer teams.
  • Establish partnerships with industry leaders for innovation and research.
  • Manage resources, priorities, and performance to meet project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related + 7+ years experience
  • 5+ years leadership managing engineering teams
  • 5+ years with server platforms and data center technologies
  • Experience with cloud enterprise and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Experience in heat transfer, CFD analysis, materials for electronics cooling.
  • Experience with high-density PCB layout and PCBA assembly integration.

Nice to have

  • Post-graduate degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Experience with thermal simulation tools (Ansys, FloTHERM).
  • Background with OEMs, ODMs, or contract manufacturing.
  • Experience in assembly and manufacturing processes.
