What you will do

• Define and drive product engineering strategy from prototype through production.
• Own Design-for-Test (DFT) strategy for complex RF hardware systems.
• Develop scalable, cost-efficient test methodologies and automated test strategies.
• Analyze yield data and statistical performance (CpK, distributions, failure modes) to improve product and test processes.
• Translate requirements into robust test coverage and production metrics; partner with hardware design, operations, and manufacturing.
• Debug system-level issues across RF, analog, and digital domains; lead and mentor a small team of product/test engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years relevant experience on hardware products; hands-on debugging at bench and system-level test strategies.
• Strong background in RF/analog/digital hardware systems, DFT, test development, production validation.
• Experience with statistical analysis (CpK, yield modeling), GBD/GBT methodologies, interpreting yield data.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Design, Test, Operations; manage and develop teams; influence without authority.
• Deep technical engagement with hardware systems required; not for pure program managers or business analysts.
