What you will do

• Supervise project budget, schedule, technical output, and performance of engineering staff on medium to high complexity projects.
• Interface directly with clients on technical aspects, manage changes in scope, contract terms, and subcontracts.
• Provide guidance on design guides, standards, engineering codes, and B&V policies; develop and update standards.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams, define project schedules, identify client interests, and accommodate needs.
• Advance knowledge management, mentor staff, and participate in professional societies as a subject matter expert.
• Oversee performance management, career planning, learning, development, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited program; minimum 11 years related work experience.
• Able to satisfy US citizenship requirements per 10 CFR 810.
• Advanced engineering techniques for unique problems; supervisory experience.
• Complete pre-employment checks: background, drug screen, motor vehicle records.
• Professional registration/licensure in home country or pursuit thereof.

Nice to have

• 10+ years prior nuclear experience.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, standards, other disciplines, construction, procurement, project controls.
• Industry knowledge, technology trends, proposal process, management techniques.
