What you will do

  • Define and lead the global fragrance marketing vision, encompassing brand architecture and innovation roadmaps.
  • Influence the fragrance portfolio’s P&L, managing revenue growth, margins, and marketing investment priorities.
  • Oversee the global product launch calendar, from initial concept and naming to 360° go-to-market execution.
  • Drive omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, experiential, and e-commerce channels.
  • Analyze global consumer and market insights to identify white-space opportunities and regional dynamics.
  • Manage the relationship with the licensor and collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D, Supply Chain, and Legal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 9+ years of marketing experience, with several years in a senior role within fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of leading global campaigns and fragrance business growth.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen with experience in P&L management and ROI forecasting.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
  • Global mindset with the ability to build consensus and navigate diverse international markets.
