What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and build strategic referral networks with real estate agents and other sources.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Generate and manage complete loan applications, ensuring all documentation meets guidelines.
• Guide customers through different loan and credit options, resolving complaints and answering technical questions.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to resolve application issues.
• Participate in lead-generating activities, including open houses, seminars, and trainings.

Requirements

• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Experience with retail mortgage product philosophy, underwriting, and documentation systems.
• Proven track record in proactively soliciting new business and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced communication and collaboration abilities.
