What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and develop strategic referral networks with real estate agents and other partners.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Guide customers through various loan products, credit options, and the overall application process.
• Generate and refine complete loan applications with all required documentation.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting departments to resolve application issues.
• Conduct lead-generating activities, including attending closings, open houses, and hosting seminars.

Requirements

• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Experience in loan origination, retail product philosophy, underwriting procedures, and documentation.
• Proven experience in proactively soliciting new business and building lead sources.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate credit requests and identify market trends.
• Advanced communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
