What you will do

• Drive strategy and execution for core Lifecycle marketing initiatives, including the monthly newsletter.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments within Braze to deliver actionable readouts.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to address specific needs for lifecycle campaigns.
• Partner with the B2B Marketing Ops team to support client launches and migrations.
• Handle ad-hoc campaign builds and reporting requests across the broader team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or CRM operations.
• Proven experience executing campaigns across email, push, in-app modal, and SMS channels.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices, deliverability, and data protection laws.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resources.
• Data-driven approach to reporting on marketing campaigns.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Braze and Liquid Logic.
• Proficiency with Amplitude or Tableau.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development.
