Salary: $124,000–$139,500

What you will do

• Define, design, and build data-driven lifecycle programs from campaign ideation to customer retention.
• Lead cross-functional execution, collaborating with Product, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Own end-to-end QA and performance tracking, defining success metrics and delivering regular readouts.
• Develop campaign briefs, audience requirements, and messaging for email and SMS channels.
• Utilize analytics tools like Thoughtspot and Amplitude to derive insights and optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically in lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Must be based in the USA and authorized to work (E-Verify enrolled).
• Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
