TL;DR

CRM Manager (Braze): Own executing and optimizing CRM flows to convert leads and educate existing patients about services with an accent on audience segmentation strategies and insights-driven creative messaging. Focus on defining automations and campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app content, analyzing results, and partnering with data, product, and engineering teams.

Location: New York, NY. Must be in NYC or willing to relocate to operate from the office 4 times a week.

Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own strategy and execution on CRM automations and campaigns, including creative development and testing across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app content
  • Define and execute audience segmentation strategies to enhance patient experience and messaging
  • Partner with Data team to measure effectiveness, improve efficiency, and scale tactics
  • Create benchmarks, analyze campaign results, and determine testing roadmap
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver important product information to patients
  • Communicate marketing initiatives and results to team and external partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing in fast-paced environments; Braze experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to hit growth goals through cohorting, insights-driven messaging, and testing
  • Data and results-driven with strong storytelling using performance insights
  • Excellent problem-solving with data-driven approaches to complex business problems
  • Strong communication and cross-functional experience with creative, data, product teams, and partners
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented team player staying current on CRM and marketing trends
