Location: Australia-wide (hybrid for Sydney-based employees, fully remote for all other Australian locations)

What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead to close, hitting monthly revenue targets as a senior hunter role.
- Communicate confidently with potential clients via web conferencing, email, phone, and in-person.
- Sell and negotiate with finance leaders, accountants, and C-level executives using business and finance operations knowledge.
- Guide clients through onboarding with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Stay updated on products, solutions, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-cycle closing sales in SMB/Mid-Market B2B SaaS, payments, or FX, with success closing $50k+ deals p.a.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record achieving sales goals in competitive environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/FX sales to SMB/Mid-Market.
- Consultative sales skills to educate and tailor solutions.
- Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms.
- Comfortable with SaaS apps, Salesforce, web conferencing for demos.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
