What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Japan.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to educate clients on increasing productivity and collaboration.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver maximum value to clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in full cycle sales at a fast-growing IT company.
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales specifically within the Japan region.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large-figure enterprise deals.
- Ability to sell into C-Level and navigate complex stakeholder environments across various business lines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Must be based in Tokyo and able to work from the office on designated Anchor Days.
