What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to serve as the senior technical expert throughout the full sales cycle.
- Lead technical discovery and design scalable solution architectures for prospective financial institutions.
- Deliver tailored, executive-level product demonstrations based on client technical environments.
- Own the technical response process for RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and due diligence requests.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- Provide technical leadership for proof-of-concepts, integrations, and technical validation exercises.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales within enterprise SaaS or fintech.
- Proven success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with financial institutions, digital banking platforms, or regulated technology environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architectures.
- Ability to build credibility and communicate technical solutions to senior executive leadership.
- Must be based in the USA.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
