TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil)

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical sales cycles from end-to-end.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to analyze customer workflows, pain points, and decision logic.
  • Deliver tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations mapped to customer needs.
  • Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and value validations.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data workflows, and system integrations.
  • Ability to navigate both technical and business conversations with credibility.
  • Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Background in fraud, risk, AML, or financial systems.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or debugging integrations.
  • Familiarity with decisioning systems, rule engines, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
