TL;DR
Senior Manager, Account Management (FinTech): Leading a team of Account Managers and owning strategic partner portfolios with an accent on retention, expansion, and revenue growth. Focus on building senior-level relationships, executing account plans, and driving operational excellence through data insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Hybrid in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City with 2-3 days per week onsite expectations; relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.
OTE $180,000 - $210,000 (commission earning role).

What you will do
- Own and grow mid-market/enterprise accounts, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion revenue.
- Develop and execute account plans, partnering with Sales for seamless handoffs and aligned strategies.
- Build senior-level partner relationships, acting as trusted advisor and conducting executive business reviews.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, supporting hiring and fostering high-performance culture.
- Track KPIs for retention, expansion, adoption, and partner health; maintain forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and other teams to support launches and surface partner feedback.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Account Management, Partner Success, Business Development, or related; 3+ years in people management.
- Proven track record driving retention and expansion in customer/partner portfolios.
- Experience managing complex relationships in B2B, B2B2C, FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS.
- Strong commercial acumen for identifying and closing post-sale growth opportunities.
- Operational discipline with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and KPI management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
