What you will do

• Lead tailored product demos and best practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders.
• Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to drive product adoption.
• Support pre-sales efforts across new business and expansion opportunities for enterprise customers.
• Design and execute implementation plans and solve integration challenges to ensure customer success.
• Manage RFP, RFI, and due diligence responses to position the company as a market leader.
• Collaborate with Product, Intelligence, and Research teams to refine use cases and sales enablement content.

Requirements

• Solid experience in SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales within Crypto, FinTech, or RegTech environments.
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry and compliance landscape (AML, sanctions, VASPs, MiCA).
• Proven track record of running successful product demos and PoCs in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience working with APIs and mapping out integration workflows for enterprise clients.
• Must be based in New York, United States for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
