TL;DR

Senior Marketing Technologist (MarTech): Designing and evolving the marketing technology ecosystem and lifecycle orchestration with an accent on system design, intelligent automation, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on modernizing the connection between marketing systems, automating lifecycle decisions, and integrating AI to improve GTM performance.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the core lifecycle technology stack across Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and 6sense.
  • Design systems and workflows for lifecycle progression, lead/account routing, and database quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and IT to transition towards a connected Revenue Operations model.
  • Translate business strategies into technical marketing execution and measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as a player-coach and super-user for the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Ensure all data collection and management adhere to security, privacy, and internal compliance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience managing automation platforms, including lead scoring and nurturing streams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
