What you will do

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid media, and company website.
• Develop and implement paid media strategies using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including campaign trafficking and ad creatives.
• Analyze performance of digital activities, track KPIs like conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and provide insights for improvements.
• Champion CRO through A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and digital touchpoints.
• Maintain marketing tech stack including analytics, tag management, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Salesforce, Power BI.
• Conduct market and competitor research, collaborate with teams for cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to various channels
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau), advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot), CMS like WordPress, SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Moz).
• Demonstrated ability to use analytics for decisions, strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Adept at fast-paced environment, deadlines, proactive mindset for learning and optimization.
