What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates, specifically for Physicians (MD), Pediatricians, and behavioral health.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and understand specific staffing requirements.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience hiring for Physicians (MD), Pediatricians, and behavioral-health roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US hours (Monday to Friday).
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
