What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with U.S. hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/CRM records.
• Facilitate onboarding for a seamless transition of new hires.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., JobAdder, Workable).
• Reliable remote setup: Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 100 Mbps internet.
• Ability to work U.S. hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. recruitment markets.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong Excel skills for recruitment reporting.
