What you will do

  • Act as the technical and domain expert for the sales team to help customers understand the value of hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Analyze customer business challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations.
  • Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for complex technical use cases, collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that address customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience selling SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with network security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, LDAP).
  • Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Strong understanding of core security concerns (SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF).
  • Must be based in one of the specified US states.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
