What you will do

• Support sales team by identifying and demonstrating hirify.global’s value proposition to solve customer challenges.
• Build and deliver custom Salesforce demonstrations aligned with customer needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and engage stakeholders in client-facing demos and presentations.
• Configure Salesforce for demos and enhance standard ones for internal use.
• Answer RFPs and attain sales objectives.

Requirements

• Salesforce Platform experience; experience selling or implementing Salesforce solutions
• Proficient in building Salesforce Flows
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
• Database and SQL experience
• Knowledge of relational databases and web technology
• Solid communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel domestically 1-2x per month

Nice to have

• AI and/or Agentforce experience
• Experience in legal departments or with legal tech
• Previous role as solution/sales engineer, Salesforce consultant, or CRM company
• Salesforce Certifications
