Salary: $152,000 — $228,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Act as the technical and domain expert within the customer-facing sales team to communicate the value of hirify.global's solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific customer challenges and business issues.
• Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for complex use cases, collaborating with engineering teams.
• Answer technical and feature-related queries from customers, partners, and internal colleagues.
• Provide strategic feedback to product management for enhancements based on customer needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive analysis to maintain differentiation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering.
• Experience deploying apps on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with network security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, or LDAP.
• Experience working with REST APIs, API Gateways, and SDKs.
• Hands-on development experience in web (JavaScript/HTML), mobile (iOS/Android), or backend (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.) languages.
• Strong understanding of core security concerns including SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, and XSRF.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLM technology such as LangChain, GenKit, or LlamaIndex.
• Integration experience with microservices, data lakes, or customer data platforms.
• Knowledge of ReBAC or Fine Grain Authorization models.
• Ability to create complex architecture diagrams and user journey flows.
