What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end GTM playbooks for B2B partners in hospitality, entertainment, and fitness sectors.
  • Architect acquisition and activation funnels bridging physical on-site touchpoints (QR, kiosks) and digital channels.
  • Design engagement loops, loyalty hooks, and progression systems to translate venue visits into ongoing digital competitions.
  • Define product positioning and messaging for SDK/API and kiosk experiences to create ROI-driven case studies.
  • Establish a rigorous experimentation framework using A/B testing and in-venue pilots to scale growth strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth organization, including lifecycle, PMM, and design specialists.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, including 3+ years in a C-suite or Head of position.
  • Proven track record of launching mobile-first, real-time, social, or gaming platforms (B2B or D2C).
  • Strong expertise in omnichannel architecture, data scalability, and behavioral analytics.
  • Deep experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and comprehensive GTM launches.
  • Fluency in user data, A/B testing methodologies, and KPI instrumentation (CAC/LTV, ARPU, NRR).
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive and board-level reporting.
