TL;DR

Account Executive, Pro Deals: Lead full-cycle sales process for Pro Deals intelligence solution in M&A, VC, and Private Equity marketplace with an accent on prospecting, targeted strategies, and relationship management. Focus on acquiring new clients, exceeding sales targets, managing evaluations, and influencing product roadmap based on feedback.

Location: Remote-optional within the United States; located near NYC metro preferable.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (dependent on location, experience, skills; accounts for US cost of labor differentials).

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate M&A, Advisors, Legal, and Consultancy.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner with Business Development Associate on outbound tactics and prospecting.
  • Conduct sales meetings, manage evaluations, negotiate pricing, and execute contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships via industry events, hirify.global Pro events, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Editorial teams on go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • Log account notes and maintain pipeline accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years selling B2B products in financial services
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong commercial instincts
  • High proficiency in relationship building and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and creative
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and client management tools
  • AI literacy: actively develop and use AI tools for productivity
