What you will do
- Manage a book of 750 high-value enterprise accounts to maintain a GRR target of 90%+.
- Drive NRR of 102%+ through strategic price growth and optimized renewal cycles.
- Co-design automated, metadata-driven nurture programs and digital lifecycle playbooks.
- Build digital motion infrastructure, including self-serve portals and AI-assisted customer insights.
- Provide personal high-touch intervention for critical escalations and strategic pricing conversations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Revenue Management within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing hundreds of accounts in a scaled environment.
- Experience owning or influencing GRR, NRR, and churn reduction.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in health scores and usage metrics.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX hub.
