Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands; requires regular travel across the Netherlands to support Field Sales teams.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that address customer requirements.
• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and maintain reliable demo stations and accounts.
• Support strategic account management to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
• Act as the technical owner for RFP and RFI responses, coordinating inputs across Product, Security, and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with Product teams by sharing structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Represent the company as a technical ambassador at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally within the hospitality or retail industries.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
• Must have the right to work in the Netherlands.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
