TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage and expand a book of business consisting of high-value retail customers to ensure sustained growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through the development of strong, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Success Plans.
  • Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to create effective retention and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, support, and product teams to resolve at-risk events.
  • Funnel customer feedback to internal teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and address product gaps.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must requirement.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Professional poise and confidence when communicating with customers.
  • Strong task and time management skills for handling a sales funnel.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to use Salesforce and ChurnZero.
  • Industry expertise in retail or hospitality.
