What you will do
- Nurture relationships with existing high-value retail and ecommerce customers to ensure ongoing success and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic account expansion and growth initiatives.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and tailored Success Plans for key clients.
- Analyze customer usage data and health indicators to develop strategies for retention.
- Collaborate with implementation, support, and product teams to resolve at-risk events and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Funnel customer feedback to internal teams to improve the end-to-end journey and address product gaps.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is a must requirement.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in account management, customer success, or business development.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability in task and time management, specifically handling a sales funnel.
- Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using Salesforce and ChurnZero.
- Industry expertise in the retail or hospitality sectors.
