What you will do

• Lead the organization's People & Culture reporting ecosystem to empower stakeholders with high-impact insights.
• Consult with P&C Heads of Region and executive leadership to identify and surface analytical trends.
• Develop a reporting roadmap prioritizing automation, self-service, and the transition to a data-champion culture.
• Create complex reports and calculated fields while defining KPIs to measure the success of people initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Data and FP&A teams to integrate Workday data into Looker dashboards.
• Research and assess new AI opportunities and reporting tools to enhance people analytics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Workday ecosystem.
• Expert proficiency in complex Calculated Fields and Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and nBox reporting.
• Proven track record of building high-stakes reports such as Board of Directors decks or ESG reporting.
• Fluency in English is required for communication within a global company.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Experience as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Proficiency with People Analytics tools like Prism, Looker, or Tableau.
• Workday Pro Certification in Reporting.
