TL;DR

Enterprise Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate (SaaS/AI): Driving data-driven decision-making for Enterprise Go-To-Market leadership with an accent on end-to-end revenue funnel insights and sales strategy. Focus on optimizing revenue growth, designing executive dashboards, and improving operational efficiency for the enterprise segment.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto

Salary: $99,700 – $135,300 CAD

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end revenue funnel analysis to identify upsell and new business opportunities within the customer base.
  • Partner with Enterprise GTM leadership to diagnose process bottlenecks and embed analytics into sales strategy.
  • Design, develop, and own executive-ready dashboards in Salesforce and CRMA to highlight pipeline health.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company growth goals.
  • Partner with Data teams to build scalable data solutions and ensure a single source-of-truth for performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience using data to inform business decisions within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills and a strong foundation in statistics or financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with enterprise pipeline operations, segmentation, territory planning, or comp design.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto

Nice to have

  • Experience building and maintaining executive-level reporting and data models.
  • Familiarity with the revtech stack: Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Looker, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.
  • MBA degree.
