Salary: $111,200 - $198,650 USD

What you will do

• Assess and document end-to-end business processes across sales, operations, finance, and technology teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks to design scalable and standardized process improvements.
• Partner with sales leadership to optimize revenue generation, deal execution, and customer onboarding.
• Implement digital enablement and automation using enterprise platforms like CRM and ERP.
• Lead change impact assessments and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Define success metrics and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, digital strategy, or process enablement.
• Proven experience partnering with sales, commercial, or revenue-generating teams.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, workflow, or billing systems).
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including some international travel.
