What you will do

• Manage direct client engagement for analytics and governance, including custom reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Oversee strategic software and hardware renewal opportunities, including calendar build and data integrity.
• Develop financial models and business case analytics to justify IT projects and agreement risks.
• Handle asset management and software entitlement mapping between manufacturers and clients.
• Create and maintain utilization and chargeback reconciliation dashboards using PowerBI.
• Analyze sales data and trends using CRM and BI tools to streamline processes and identify growth patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy, business analytics, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency in data visualization tools, primarily PowerBI, including data modeling and ETL workflows.
• Experience using CRM functionalities (Salesforce) to maintain data quality.
• Experience working with B2B technology sales or customer data.
• Post-secondary degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
