What you will do
- Develop and update credit policies for the Philippine lending market and partner with technology teams for implementation.
- Monitor end-to-end portfolio performance, tracking loss rates and key credit metrics against industry standards.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to influence and optimize models and analytical tools.
- Apply an LTV-driven credit framework to evaluate credit decisions rather than relying solely on loss rates.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with international credit and data science teams to identify synergies across global markets.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or consumer/unsecured lending.
- Strong SQL skills are essential; Python proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end development, implementation, and monitoring of credit policies.
- Familiarity with LTV/NPV-style credit frameworks.
- Ability to independently own complex analyses and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Must be based in Manila, Australia, or Singapore.
