Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

What you will do

• Work with customers and vendors to define business requirements and create dataflows bridging business and technical needs.
• Document and communicate requirements to development teams, including scope definition and feature utilization guides.
• Conduct discovery sessions, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for loan origination, credit assessment, pricing, approvals, settlement, servicing, and collections.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to business requirements with support teams.
• Operate in an agile environment, ensuring adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Communications or related field (or equivalent) and 8+ years of related experience; advanced degree with 6+ years acceptable.
• Experience in financial services or e-commerce preferred; technical writing background a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; strong teamwork, organization, problem resolution, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English required.
• Self-starter able to deliver results effectively with clients, developers, and management.
