Account Executive (Sales Performance Management): Driving the full-lifecycle sales process for the SPM product suite to help enterprises optimize sales force productivity with an accent on GTM strategy, AI-powered coaching, and Incentive Compensation Management. Focus on managing complex enterprise sales cycles, conducting consultative solution-based selling, and bridging the gap between corporate strategy and execution.

Location: Must be based in the US (specifically Dallas, Chicago, Austin, Boston, Atlanta, or New York) and able to travel to territory 1-2 times per month

What you will do

  • Manage a full-lifecycle sales process, including prospecting via phone, email, referrals, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify business contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for Director, VP, and C-level prospects.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and manage accounts within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Align internal sales processes with customer buying processes to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology-based sales experience, with a preference for enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C SaaS or cloud enterprise sales.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, compensation, and GTM strategy.
  • Ability to conduct consultative, solution-based selling rather than focusing on product features.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling sales productivity, incentive compensation, or sales operations technology.
  • Salesforce experience or administrator certification.
  • Background in GTM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Experience acting as a solution evangelist or thought leader.
