What you will do

  • Manage a book of business focusing on SaaS migrations, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with municipal leaders and department heads.
  • Align client needs with BS&A’s portfolio of SaaS solutions and payment processing tools.
  • Lead customers through the decision-making process for SaaS migration by demonstrating ROI.
  • Deliver tailored presentations to finance directors, IT leaders, and city managers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales within software or government technology.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and municipal government challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for client meetings and presentations.
