TL;DR

Location: Remote (US); hybrid schedule (3 days in office) requested if residing within commutable distance to an office.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage enterprise prospects to grow the sales pipeline and acquire new clients.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and signed agreements.
  • Drive high-value deals and provide accurate revenue forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and represent the company at industry trade shows.
  • Support new clients during the initial 90-day launch phase to ensure maximizing revenue and success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3-5+ years of enterprise-level experience.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience leveraging sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to confidently present to groups.
  • Ability to travel regularly to client sites and attend sales events.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling safety-related products or working in procurement.
  • Experience working with contractors in industries served by hirify.global.
  • Strong technical proficiency in CRM applications, specifically Salesforce.
