• Undergo comprehensive training in underwriting, marketing, and sales through a blend of classroom and practical application.
• Apply business skills to real-world scenarios to drive sales performance in specified regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Originations, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing departments.
• Navigate critical business decisions and develop a professional career trajectory in auto finance.
• Engage in active daily operations within a physical office environment.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree from an accredited university (100% completed at time of hire).
• Ability to work in a physical office environment in Los Angeles and Agoura Hills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a results-driven, competitive mindset.
• Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Aptitude for effectively showcasing a comprehensive suite of financial products and services.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Marketing or Sales.
