Salary: $63,000–$100,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals for a high-volume portfolio of Emerging Accounts.
- Execute standardized onboarding motions and programmatic outreach based on defined playbooks.
- Monitor customer health using product usage, engagement, and support data to identify churn risks.
- Prepare, deliver, and close high-volume renewals to ensure high forecast accuracy.
- Identify repeatable churn and expansion patterns across accounts to drive retention at scale.
- Collaborate with CXM, Sales, and Operations teams to improve scaled workflows and playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, renewals, account management, or SaaS support roles.
- Comfort managing a high-volume portfolio within structured workflows and defined processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience working in scaled or pooled customer models.
- Familiarity with SaaS renewal and quoting workflows.
- Exposure to customer health scoring and usage analytics.
